Criteria for healthy volunteer as follows:

• Male, 20 to 40 years of age in healthy condition.
• Has no diseases detected 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the study.
• Has not given blood within 3 months prior to administration of study drug.
• Has not taken any drugs within 2 weeks prior to administration of study drug.
• Has not participated in any other clinical trials within 3 months prior to administration of study drug.
• Is not addicted to drugs or alcohol.
• Is non-smoker.
